Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using the StayEasy platform. It forms part of our Booking Terms. By using StayEasy you agree to use it lawfully, honestly and only for its intended purpose.

1. Using the platform properly

You may use StayEasy to browse travel services and to make and manage genuine bookings for yourself or for those you are booking on behalf of. You must give accurate information and keep your account details secure.

2. What you must not do

You must not:

use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
make false, speculative or fraudulent bookings, or bookings you do not intend to honour;
use another person's payment details or identity without authority;
copy, scrape, harvest or extract data or content from the platform, or use automated tools to access it, except as we expressly permit;
resell, republish or commercially exploit the platform or its content without our written permission;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other accounts, or our systems;
introduce malware, or interfere with or disrupt the platform, its security or its infrastructure;
circumvent StayEasy to deal directly with a provider you discovered through the platform in order to avoid a booking being made through us;
post or submit content that is unlawful, false, misleading, offensive, or that infringes another person's rights;
impersonate any person or misrepresent your connection with any person or business.

3. Reviews and content you submit

Where you submit a review or other content, it must be truthful, based on a genuine experience, and lawful. We may moderate, decline or remove content that breaches this policy, and we may use content you submit on the platform.

4. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your authority.

5. If you break these rules

If you breach this policy, we may suspend or close your account, cancel affected bookings, decline future bookings, and where appropriate report the matter to the authorities. Nothing here limits any other right we have under our Booking Terms or at law.
