You get 5% on the net accommodation value of each completed stay you book through your verified agency account. Discount is tracked per booking reference in your agent workspace — no hidden tiers on launch inventory.

Payouts run weekly for stays that checked out in the prior cycle. You receive a statement with booking references, client names (as entered), and amounts — aligned to your agency payout profile.

Where the property allows it, you can place a time-limited hold from the agent booking flow so your client can confirm payment. Hold rules follow each host's policy; the workspace shows hold expiry clearly.

StayEasy settles with the property; your agency invoices or collects from clients under your own commercial terms. Discount is paid to you by StayEasy — not deducted from what your client pays on property.

Disputes are logged against the booking reference. Our partner desk mediates with the host using the policy on file. Discount on disputed stays follows the resolution outcome stated in your agency agreement.

We verify that you operate a legitimate travel business. Licence or registration details are collected at signup; markets without formal licensing can submit equivalent trade registration.

Yes — one verified agency workspace with named users (rolling out). Bookings are attributed to the consultant who created them for internal reporting.

You see agent net rates in the workspace after login. Your 5% discount is calculated on the booked net accommodation amount — not added on top of a retail rack rate.

Most agencies are reviewed within one business day. You'll receive email confirmation and can sign in immediately after approval to browse inventory.

No minimum volume to join. We ask for good-faith trade activity; inactive accounts may be reviewed after 90 days with no bookings.

Discount applies only to completed stays. Cancellations before check-in follow the host cancellation policy; your statement adjusts automatically when a booking is voided.
