This page explains the limits of StayEasy's responsibility. It forms part of, and should be read with, our Booking Terms. Nothing on this page limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or affects your statutory consumer rights.

1. Our role

StayEasy is a booking platform. We arrange your booking with independent providers and handle your payment as agent. The travel service itself — the accommodation, transport, car rental or experience — is provided by the provider, who is a separate and independent business responsible for delivering it.

2. What we are responsible for

We are responsible for operating the platform and arranging your booking with reasonable care and skill.

3. What we are not responsible for

the quality, safety, delivery or conduct of a provider's service;
a provider's acts, omissions, cancellations, closures or failures;
information supplied by a provider that we display in good faith, such as descriptions, photographs and facilities;
events outside our reasonable control, including weather, natural events, illness, strikes, or governmental action;
your own acts or omissions, including missed services, incorrect details, or failure to meet a provider's requirements;
your travel documents, insurance, health requirements, or visa and entry requirements, which are your responsibility.

Where a provider fails to deliver what you booked, we will help you as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. Information on the platform

We work to keep information on the platform accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is always complete or error-free. Prices and availability can change until a booking is confirmed. Photographs and descriptions are provided as a guide.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, StayEasy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, enjoyment, revenue or goodwill. Where StayEasy is found liable in connection with a booking, our liability is limited to the fee or margin we earned on that booking, except where the law does not permit such a limit.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

6. Third-party links

The platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices; visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
