How StayEasy works with accommodation, transport and experience providers

StayEasy partners with independent accommodation, transport, car-rental and experience providers across the Indian Ocean to bring their services to travellers. This page is a plain-language summary of how the partnership works. Account access is governed by our Supplier Terms; the commercial terms are set out in the partner agreement you accept when you join.

How it works

You stay in control of your business. You set your availability, your rates and your policies. StayEasy markets your services and brings you bookings; you remain the provider of the service.
StayEasy acts as your agent. We arrange bookings with travellers on your behalf and handle the payment. The service contract is between you and the traveller.
You are paid transparently. Depending on your category, StayEasy earns either a commission on your price or a margin on a net rate you accept. Your terms are shown clearly in your agreement, and settlements are itemised.
No exclusivity. You are free to sell through your own and other channels.

What we ask of partners

Keep your availability and listing accurate, so travellers can book with confidence.
Hold the licences, permits and insurance your service requires, and keep them current.
Honour confirmed bookings and deliver the service you have described.
Handle traveller data responsibly and only to fulfil the booking.

Getting paid

StayEasy collects the traveller's payment and settles your share promptly after the service is completed, to a bank account in your own name, with a clear statement of each booking. We believe in fast, transparent payouts.

Verification

To protect travellers and the platform, every partner is verified before going live — including business registration, the relevant licences and insurance, and identity checks. No listing is published until verification is complete.
