This policy explains who owns the content on the StayEasy platform and how you may use it. It forms part of our Booking Terms.

1. Our intellectual property

The StayEasy platform, the StayEasy name and logo, and the design, layout, text, graphics and software of the platform are owned by Stay Easy Co Ltd or our licensors, and are protected by intellectual-property law. All rights are reserved.

2. How you may use it

You may use the platform to browse and make genuine bookings. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, distribute, sell or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content without our written permission. You may not use our name or logo without permission.

3. Provider content

Descriptions, photographs and other content relating to a provider's service are provided by that provider or licensed for use on the platform. Providers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to supply that content and that it is accurate.

4. Content you submit

When you submit content — such as a review — you keep your rights in it, but you grant StayEasy a licence to use, display and share that content on the platform and in connection with our services. You are responsible for ensuring your content is truthful, lawful and does not infringe anyone's rights.

5. Reporting infringement

If you believe content on the platform infringes your intellectual-property rights, contact us at support@stayeasybooking.com with details, and we will review it promptly.
