A stay worth planning for
One room category throughout, and a flexible one. A room takes up to three adults, or two adults and a child, or one adult and two children — children from three to eleven stay in the room with you, and a baby cot can be added on request. Every room has air conditioning, free wifi, a safe, a small fridge, a telephone, a hair dryer, a television with the local TNT channels, and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Breakfast is included in every stay, and you can take half board or full board and eat everything here. Le Piment Vert, the restaurant, seats sixty and cooks Mauritian and international; Le Palmier, the bar, is open every day from seven in the morning until eleven at night and has a snooker table and board games. Pedalo, kayak, sailing and a glass-bottom boat are available through the hotel. Diving, snorkelling, big game fishing, car hire, taxis, foreign exchange, medical assistance and babysitting can all be arranged, at extra cost.
The minimart is thirty-two metres up the road, past the laundry. The beach at Pointe aux Piments is two hundred metres from the gate along the same road. Two small places to eat sit on that stretch — barkaMa's Snack is nearest, then Hidden Paradise Tropical Kitchen a little further along. Grand Baie is about twenty-five minutes by car. There are three parking spaces beside the hotel and an adjoining lot when those fill, both free, so you never have to leave the car on the B35.
You come up from the water at five, swim in the pool, and eat without going out again.
It suits couples, three friends sharing, and families with children under twelve. One thing to know: the hotel is right off the B35, and the upper-floor rooms at the front get road noise. Light sleepers should ask for one away from the road.
Check-in is from two, check-out by eleven, and the desk is staffed through the night whatever time you land.

How refunds are paid
Refunds are paid to your original payment method. We process them as soon as the policy allows; your bank may take a few days to show the funds. Where your booking was priced in a different currency from the one you paid in, the refunded amount may vary slightly with the exchange rate. The government tourist accommodation fee is collected at the property and is never charged on a cancellation. If the property cancels or cannot host you, we arrange an equivalent or better alternative, or refund you in full.
