The Penthouse takes the second floor - 201 m2 for up to six guests, with its own private plunge pool on a terrace that looks straight out over the lagoon. Three air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms open off a bright living, dining and kitchen space, and the terrace is where you will spend the evenings: this stretch of coast gets the sunsets.
The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a barbecue on the terrace, and a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Housekeeping is included twice a week, linen and towels are changed every four days, and an on-site Resort Manager, concierge service and 24/7 security are on hand throughout your stay.
The residence has direct access to the water, and Riviere Noire village is 200 metres away - restaurants, the marina and everyday shops. Tamarina Golf is 10.4 km, and Black River Gorges National Park, Chamarel and Le Morne are all an easy drive. This part of the coast is the island's base for diving, big-game fishing and surfing.

How refunds are paid
Refunds are paid to your original payment method. We process them as soon as the policy allows; your bank may take a few days to show the funds. Where your booking was priced in a different currency from the one you paid in, the refunded amount may vary slightly with the exchange rate. The government tourist accommodation fee is collected at the property and is never charged on a cancellation. If the property cancels or cannot host you, we arrange an equivalent or better alternative, or refund you in full.
