The open-plan living and dining area opens the full width of the penthouse onto the terrace, the private pool and the sea beyond. The induction kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, dishes, cutlery and utensils. Air conditioning throughout, satellite TV, WiFi, washing machine and dryer, iron, in-room safe, hair dryer, outdoor furniture and a barbecue. A lift serves the penthouse directly, and there is open-air parking on site.
OUTSIDE
Beyond the private pool and terrace, guests also have use of the residence's garden and sun loungers, with direct access to Pointe d'Esny beach - one of the calmest and shallowest stretches of lagoon on the island, ideal for swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding and kitesurfing.

If your flight lands in the evening or is delayed, notify the reservations team as early as possible so the Resort Manager can be on site to hand over the keys. SSR International Airport is about 12 km away, so transfers are short even late at night.
Unannounced arrivals outside agreed hours cannot be guaranteed access.
Please contact the reservations team at least one week before arrival with your flight number and estimated arrival time, and call again once you have landed in Mauritius so the Resort Manager can meet you.
The Resort Manager is the on-site point of contact throughout the stay for maintenance, housekeeping requests, excursions, transfers and car hire.

How refunds are paid
Refunds are paid to your original payment method. We process them as soon as the policy allows; your bank may take a few days to show the funds. Where your booking was priced in a different currency from the one you paid in, the refunded amount may vary slightly with the exchange rate. The government tourist accommodation fee is collected at the property and is never charged on a cancellation. If the property cancels or cannot host you, we arrange an equivalent or better alternative, or refund you in full.
