The Penthouse takes the whole second floor - 486 m2, the largest home in the residence, reached by its own lift - with a private pool on the balcony and panoramic views over the lagoon. Four air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms - a king, two queens and a twin - sleep up to eight, so two families or a group can travel together without living on top of each other.
The living, dining and kitchen areas open as one large volume onto a wraparound terrace with a barbecue and room to eat outside. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Housekeeping is included twice a week, linen and towels are changed every four days, and an on-site Resort Manager, concierge service and 24/7 security are on hand throughout your stay.
The beach is fifty metres away with direct access and sun loungers, and the village of Riviere Noire - restaurants, shops and the marina - is within walking distance. Tamarina Golf Club is 4.6 km and Casela Nature Park 10 km. This stretch of coast is the island's base for diving, surfing and dolphin watching, with Tamarin Bay, Le Morne and Black River Gorges all an easy drive away.

How refunds are paid
Refunds are paid to your original payment method. We process them as soon as the policy allows; your bank may take a few days to show the funds. Where your booking was priced in a different currency from the one you paid in, the refunded amount may vary slightly with the exchange rate. The government tourist accommodation fee is collected at the property and is never charged on a cancellation. If the property cancels or cannot host you, we arrange an equivalent or better alternative, or refund you in full.
