The Deluxe 2-Bedroom is a 113 m2 first-floor apartment for up to four guests. Two en-suite bedrooms - one king, one twin - open off a bright open-plan living, dining and kitchen area that leads onto a furnished balcony with a barbecue and a view over the marina. Air conditioning and ceiling fans run throughout, and there is a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.
Guests have use of the residence pool and open-air parking. Housekeeping is included twice a week, linen and towels are changed every four days, and an on-site Resort Manager, concierge service and 24/7 security are on hand throughout your stay.
Black River is the west coast's base for the water: big-game fishing, dolphin swims at Tamarin, kite surfing at Le Morne, and diving straight off the coast. The village centre with its cafes, restaurants and shops is a two-minute walk, and La Preneuse beach is under three kilometres away. Inland, Black River Gorges National Park and the coloured earths of Chamarel are an easy morning out.

5-10 nights: 5% - 11-20 nights: 10% - 21-30 nights: 15% - 31-91 nights: 20% - 92 nights and over: 25%.
Mauritian residents: additional 5%, stackable.
RATES AND CHARGES
Rates are quoted per unit, per night, on a room-only basis, and include VAT.
A government tourist accommodation fee is collected at the property on arrival, per adult per night. Children under 12 and Mauritian residents are exempt.
Upon or prior to check-in, all guests will be asked to authorise a security deposit of EUR 500 (MUR 25,000) on their credit card, which may be deducted from the latter within 30 days of departure against any breakages, excessive cleaning or loss to property. Should the value of broken items exceed the security deposit, The Company reserves the right to claim any excess to the guest.

How refunds are paid
Refunds are paid to your original payment method. We process them as soon as the policy allows; your bank may take a few days to show the funds. Where your booking was priced in a different currency from the one you paid in, the refunded amount may vary slightly with the exchange rate. The government tourist accommodation fee is collected at the property and is never charged on a cancellation. If the property cancels or cannot host you, we arrange an equivalent or better alternative, or refund you in full.
