Supplier Terms
Last updated: 24 August 2026
These Supplier Terms govern your StayEasy supplier account and your use of the supplier portal. You accept them when you create an account.
They are not the agreement under which you sell. Before any of your services can be published or booked, you also accept the service agreement for your category β for accommodation, the Accommodation Partner Agreement. That agreement sets your commercial terms; these Terms govern your account and your access to the platform.
1. Who we are
The platform is operated by Stay Easy Co Ltd. In these Terms, "StayEasy", "we" and "us" mean that company, and "you" means the business holding the supplier account.
| Legal name | Stay Easy Co Ltd |
| Business Registration Number | C26232251 |
| Tourist Enterprise Licence | No. 17859 β Online Tour Operator |
| Registered office | Bundhun Road, L'Aventure 1410-04, Republic of Mauritius |
2. Who may hold an account
A supplier account is for businesses. By creating one you confirm that:
- you are acting for a business, not as a consumer;
- you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts;
- you are authorised to act for the business you name, and to bind it; and
- the information you give us is accurate, current and complete, and you will keep it so.
We may decline any application, and we may ask for evidence of your identity or authority at any time.
3. What an account does and does not give you
An account gives you access to the supplier portal, where you can enter your business details, build listings, and submit the documents we need to verify you.
Creating an account does not publish anything. Nothing you enter becomes visible to travellers, and no booking can be made, until you have accepted the service agreement for your category, we have verified your documents, and we have published your listing.
We decide what appears on the platform and how it is presented, and we may decline to publish, or remove, anything that does not meet our published standards or our legal obligations.
4. Your service agreement
Each category of service has its own agreement, on its own commercial basis. Accommodation is governed by the Accommodation Partner Agreement. Transport, car rental and experiences are governed by their own agreements when those categories open.
If you supply more than one category, you accept an agreement for each. An agreement for one category gives you no rights in another.
Which document wins. Where these Terms and a service agreement say different things about the same subject, the service agreement prevails for the services it covers. These Terms continue to govern your account and your use of the portal.
5. Verification
Before anything of yours is published, we verify your business and each of your properties or services. What we need is listed in your service agreement, and includes your business registration, the licences and permits your activity requires, insurance, tax registration, evidence of a bank account in your own name, and identity documents for your beneficial owners.
You provide renewals before they expire. We may suspend publication for as long as any required document is missing or out of date.
6. Your login
Keep your login details secure and do not share them. You are responsible for everything done under your account. Where we give access to more than one person in your business, you remain responsible for each of them.
Tell us straight away β and in any case within 24 hours β if you believe your account has been used without your authority, or if traveller information you hold through the platform may have been exposed.
7. Using the portal properly
You must not:
- enter information you know to be false, misleading or out of date;
- list a property or service you are not authorised to sell;
- copy, scrape or extract data from the platform, or use automated tools against it;
- attempt to reach accounts, systems or data that are not yours;
- interfere with the platform's operation or security; or
- manipulate, or try to manipulate, reviews, rankings or availability.
Ranking on the platform is never sold.
8. Traveller information
Where a booking is made, we pass you the traveller information you need in order to deliver it. In respect of that information, you and StayEasy each act as a separate and independent controller under the Data Protection Act 2017.
You may use it only to deliver that booking. You must keep it secure, must not use it for marketing or solicitation, and must not pass it on except so far as delivering the booking requires.
9. Confidentiality
Your rates and commercial terms are confidential to us, and the workings of the platform are confidential to you. Neither of us discloses the other's non-public information except to advisers and staff who need it, or where the law or a competent authority requires it.
10. How we contact each other
We write to you at the email address on your account, and through the portal. Keep that address current β notices we send to it are treated as received. Write to us at partners@stayeasybooking.com.
11. Suspension and closure
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close it where you break these Terms or a service agreement, where a required licence or insurance lapses, where we have a serious concern about safety, fraud or conduct, or where we are required to by law.
Closing an account does not end a service agreement by itself, and it does not release either of us from a booking already confirmed. Bookings already taken are honoured and settled under the service agreement that governs them.
12. The platform itself
We provide the portal as it stands and as it is available. We work to keep it running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of error, and we are not liable for temporary unavailability or for a connectivity provider you choose to use.
We may change, improve or extend the platform at any time. Where a change materially affects how you work, we tell you in advance.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Our financial responsibilities to you arise under your service agreement, and these Terms do not reduce them.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Where a change is material we give you at least 15 days' notice by email or through the portal. If you do not accept it, you may close your account before it takes effect; continuing to use the portal after that date means you accept it.
14. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. If something goes wrong, contact us first and we will try to resolve it in good faith. Any dispute that cannot be resolved is for the courts of the Republic of Mauritius, and the dispute procedure in your service agreement applies to matters that agreement covers.
